Our Rent-To-Own Program:

If you would like to buy your own home but can’t qualify for a mortgage, you’ve come to the right place.

We are investors, we buy and sell homes. There are no Real Estate commissions in our Rent-to-Own program.

By using our special financing, you can buy a home from us. It doesn’t really matter if you have bad credit, late payments, judgments, liens or tax problems, you can still buy one of our homes.

We put our clients on a path to ownership because We believe that everyone has a right to own their own home.

These are nice homes in nice neighborhoods and excellent schools.  Most of our homes are in move-in  condition. Only a few of them are fixer upper bargains.  Many of these homes have beautiful new kitchens and large master suites with plenty of storage. Some of them with two car garages.

In our Rent to own program the future buyer (tenant/buyer) pays a nonrefundable option fee which is 100% applied to the total down payment or the final price of the home.

All we ask, is that you have a little bit of upfront money for the down payment. As an example, some of our homes, start at about $5500 dollars for this,  plus the rent for the first month, but the exact amount really depends on the home you choose. And it bears repeating, that this down payment money, will be applied 100% to the purchase price of your home. You will not be throwing money away like many people do on rent right now.

The rental period,  also known as the  Lease Option Period can last from 12 to 36 months.  In many cases, a portion of the monthly rent paid on time, could also be credited towards the final down payment or to the purchase price. This accumulated credit would be applicable at the time of purchase and this allows our future home buyers to continue building  equity during the Leasing Period.

The monthly payments on our homes typically start at $1900 up to $2400. We also occasionally have higher end properties available.

Once we get your information and determine the home that suits you best, we will send by email our available suitable homes for you to consider.  And by the way, there is no charge to you for information on these homes. We base our business on the sales of the properties.

Also, there is absolutely NO obligation for you to buy one of our nice homes at any time. If you like what you see, that’s great… we’ll turn you into a proud homeowner. If you don’t, there’s no pressure or hard feelings.
